I'm trying to document the clothes this applies to. For some clothes, this is the ONLY way to get them. There will be a little green that if you click on, you will get a pop-up offering you the option to buy that item. However, many of them can be bought from a player's Inspection screen, as long as they are wearing the item in the color you want. For those who do not already know (and given what I've seen, this is a minimally known workaround), there are a number of items that are glitched to not show up in the Dressing Room to buy if you do not already own them.
